These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between HYPERION Aerial Intelligence GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "HYPERION") and its customers. The version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract is decisive.
HYPERION provides software solutions for drone-based data acquisition and documentation in the aviation and industrial sectors. Specifically, the "AeroSurvey" product enables repeatable documentation of aircraft exteriors.
HYPERION expressly points out that the software serves as a documentation aid and does not replace the professional assessment by licensed personnel (e.g., Part-66 engineers).
Upon purchase or subscription, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the agreed contract period. All intellectual property rights remain with HYPERION.
HYPERION is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are violated. HYPERION assumes no liability for operational decisions made on the basis of the image data generated.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Montabaur, Germany.
